  "We have been renting through Ray White Warner for 8 years. During that time we had the stressful job of moving into a bigger house (as our family had outgrown our previous) the team at Ray White Warner worked very closely with us to ensure dates/leases matched up in both properties to ensure our transition was super easy. Since moving into our gorgeous big family home we have been lucky enough to fall under the care of Jamie O'Hanlon. She is always professional, thoughtful, cheery and a pleasure to deal with. Jamie lodges any maintenance requests very promptly, with rectification happening in a very timely manner. The interactive system the team uses is extremely helpful and ensures the whole process runs efficiently and smoothly. We actually look forward to our 3 monthly inspections to catch up with Jamie and have a chat. Our eldest son has a small veggie garden and she never forgets to ask how it's going and always pops outside to have a look at it and makes sure we pass on her comments to him about what a great job he's doing. That kind of personal service, noticing something different in the house, commenting how nice everything looks, asking about the other children etc shows that she genuinely cares and that we're not just another name on the rent roll. When renting you need to feel comfortable with your Property Manager and there needs to be a trusting relationship between both parties, we are fortunate to have this with Jamie and the team. We have several friends who also rent and have nothing but trouble with their agents and we tell them how happy we are with the team at Ray White Warner. To which they are all extremely envious. We have been very spoilt with such a lovely bunch of people, it would be truly devastating if we had to rent elsewhere in the future. We know we are very lucky to have Jamie and the team and hope to continue our rental relationship with them long into the future"
